§ Mr. Elystan MorganIt would involve a disproportionate effort to obtain the precise information; but the figures available indicate that during the twelve months following introduction of this limit on an experimental basis on 17th October 1967 over 120 such prosecutions were undertaken. Figures for exceeding speed limits appropriate to various classes of vehicle were considerably greater.
