§ Mr. Cledwyn HughesThe Chairman of the Devon County Branch of the National Farmers' Union invited me to Devon to speak about the outcome of this year's Annual Review. I had hoped to go on 31st March but this date was chosen for the Supply Day debate on agriculture. I had a prior commitment for a later date which was suggested.
