§ Mr. RossThe numbers of convictions for driving a motor vehicle when unfit to drive through drink or drugs for each year since 1964, together with the numbers of convictions for the offence of driving a motor vehicle when the proportion of alcohol in the blood exceeds the prescribed limit, which was introduced in October, 1967, are set out in the table below.
