§ Mr. MacCollThis memorandum was submitted to the Housing Management Subcommittee of the Central Housing Advisory Council, as the Subcommittee was asked to review the practice of housing authorities in allocating tenancies and rehousing. We must await and consider its report before any question arises of making a statement.
