§ Mr. GreenwoodI estimate that in the public sector about 92 per cent. of the houses being built today comply with 59W the Parker Morris recommendations for space and heating, and that about 70 per cent. are to full Parker Morris standards. I have no comparable information for the private sector, but this year the scheme of the National House Builders Registration Council, which covers about 95 per cent. of houses being built for sale, introduces a number of Parker Morris recommendations into its specification.
