§ Mr. Biffenasked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity if, in the light of the report by the Donovan Commission and the recent comments in the National Board for Prices and Incomes Report number 110, she will now make a statement on Government policy towards wages councils; and whether she will seek to implement this policy in the forthcoming legislation on industrial relations.
