§ Mr. Biffenasked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity if she will now evaluate the percentage increase in the productivity of boilermakers, shipwrights, and blacksmiths employed by the Tyne Shipbuilding Consortium since the pay increase implemented on 15th November, 1968.
