§ 13. Mr. Leadbitterasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT details giving particulars of fines for penalties imposed at the Hartlepool Magistrates' Courts for the road traffic offences of speeding, parking and excess of the prescribed limits of alcohol, respectively, for first offenders.

I will however, with permission, circulate a table in the OFFICIAL REPORT giving figures for all offenders for 1968.
