§ 28. Mr. Maxwellasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in view of the number of recent fires in such premises, he will now introduce legislation to strengthen and rationalise the existing law relating to fire precautions in residential establishments, places of resort, old persons homes and nursing homes.
