§ Mr. MarshYes. Following a thorough inspection, the contractor has been reminded of his responsibilities under the 385W contract referred to in the reply to my hon. Friend's Question on 6th March. I understand that the circumstances which gave rise to the representations to which my hon. Friend refers have now been remedied with the exception of some damage to the drive of a house; the matter has been referred to the contractor's insurers.
