§ Mrs. Ewingasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what regulations have now been issued by his Department regarding the transfer of staffs from the present separate services to the proposed new Social Work Department of local authorities; to whom these have been issued; and what notice will be given to staff in the separate services to study such regulations prior to being required to accept transfer.
