§ Mr. ShoreLike the National Plan, "The Task Ahead" envisages a larger allocation of domestic resources to the balance of payments. But whereas 6 per cent. of extra resources were to be devoted to improving the balance of payments in the National Plan, the proportion in "The Task Ahead" is 14 per cent.
