asked the Minister of Power (1) what scheme has now been submitted to him for approval following negotiations between the British Steel Corporation and the Clyde Port Authority for the constructing and operating of a deep-water iron ore discharging and trans-shipment terminal at Hunterston, Ayrshire; when he expects to make a decision in this matter; and if he will make a statement.
