§ Mr. PrenticeWe have had full and valuable discussions with a delegation from Uganda, led by the Minister of Finance. In the course of these I offered the Uganda Government, subject to Parliamentary approval, an interest-free loan of £5½ million repayable over 25 years for use on projects to be agreed between our two Governments. The Uganda Government have accepted the offer.
