§ Mr. Leslie Huckfieldasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) whether he will review the constitution and operation of the General Practice Finance Corporation;
(2) how many representations he has received from general practitioners about the operation of the General Practice Finance Corporation; and what replies he has sent.
§ Mr. CrossmanI am not aware of any evidence suggesting that such a review is necessary.
Representations have been made on behalf of two general practitioners. The replies have indicated that the Government does not intervene in the day-today running of the Corporation's affairs.
