§ Mr. RossThe most recent figures available are those to which the hon. Member was referred in my Answer of 3rd March, 1969. For comparison with the figures given in Table VIII of the Local Financial Returns (Scotland), that given on page 106 of Financial Statistics, Volume 81, should be reduced by £14 million.
