§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will convene a conference of the relevant local authority interests to consider the optimum use of buildings and lands, formerly, but no more, used for educational purposes, and hospital lands and buildings no longer currently used by the National Health Service.
