§ Mr. John Hallasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will give 59W the public due warning before he ends the arrangement whereby those illegally holding gold coins can continue to hand them in voluntarily without risking prosecution under the provisions of Statutory Instrument 438, 1966.
