§ Mr. J. P. W. MallalieuOne of our aims in collaborating with other European countries on the centrifuge process will be to establish a source of enriched uranium which will meet our requirements in the 1970s and later. It is as yet too early to forecast the effect of enrichment by centrifuge on the cost of power.
