§ Mr. Gwynfor Evansasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will take steps to set up a body in Wales which will have responsibility for all public water undertakings in Wales, and which will decide upon new water development sites and have powers to develop them, to sell the water and to invest the profits in the counties in which the water is impounded.
