§ Mr. Ian Lloydasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will instruct the United Kingdom representative at the Committee of Ministers' deputies of the Council of Europe to move to secure the implementation of Resolution No. 406 on the ratification of the European Convention on Establishment, which was adopted by the Assembly on 31st January, 1969; and whether he will ratify the convention before the end of 1969.
§ Mr. WhitlockHer Majesty's Government have taken note of resolution No. 406 calling on member States to ratify the Convention on Establishment. The question is still under consideration.
