§ 72. Mr. David Steelasked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware that track on the St. Boswells-Tweedmouth railway line has been sold and uplifted; and why this has been allowed in view of the instructions issued by his Department on 28th February, 1964.
§ Mr. CarmichaelThe Department's letter of 28th February, 1964, merely requested the Board to notify my right hon. Friend before removing the track. They did so last year and were told that he had no objection.
