§ Mr. RossIn order to reduce Government expenditure the Scottish Office, like other Departments, is making some change-over from direct to contract cleaning where this is efficient and more economical. At present about 100 cleaners are affected. Gratuities will be paid to those who are eligible under the provisions of the Superannuation Act.
