§ Mr. Merlyn ReesThe figures are collected on my right hon. Friend's behalf by the Registrar General. Electoral registration officers cannot begin the work until the register has been published in mid-February. I am sending the hon. Member a copy of this year's form of return, from which he will see the amount of detailed work involved.
