§ Mr. Youngerasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what representations he has received since October, 1968, concerning the further devolution of Governmental responsibility in Scotland; and what reply he has sent.
§ Mr. RossI have been informed of a resolution on this subject by the Presbytery of Dundee. The reply indicated that I had noted the terms of the resolution.
