§ Mr. MarshNo. Fares outside the London Transport Special Area are matters for the Traffic Commissioners. I understand that the Metropolitan Traffic Commissioner is arranging a public sitting, to take place shortly, to consider the new "auto-fare" London Transport bus services at Hemel Hempstead and the representations which have been made about them.
