§ The Prime MinisterMy right hon. Friend the Minister of Technology and Monsieur Chamant, the French Minister responsible, sent a joint message to each of the four main contractors. They also sent a joint message to Monsieur Turcat, the chief test pilot and captain of the aircraft.
