asked the Prime Minister which Ministers are responsible for the annual review of investment for the nationalised fuel industries.

The Prime Minister

Statutory responsibility rests with the Minister of Power and, in respect of the two Scottish electricity boards, with the Secretary of State for Scotland. Other Ministers are concerned with the broader economic aspects.
