asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he will announce his decision without further delay on the application by the Bridlington Rural District Council for a coast protection order under section 18 of the Coast Protection Act, 1949.

There is a dispute here between the local authority and the local drainage board. My right hon. Friend's proposed decision was communicated to the right hon. Member and to the parties concerned on 28th February.
