§ Mr. Harold WalkerMy right hon. Friends the Secretary of State and the Minister of Public Building and Works met the N.F.B.T.O. on 30th January and the N.F.B.T.E. on 18th February to discuss the Phelps Brown Report. Officials of interested Departments are now engaged in more detailed consultations with the industry about the legislative proposals in the Phelps Brown report.
