§ Mr. William RodgersIn accordance with the normal procedures which applied to loans made under this Act, the money would have been advanced on delivery of the ship; interest was set at 4½ per cent. and the capital would have been repayable over 10 years. The offer was accepted by the company on 18th October, 1963.
