§ Mr. Moreasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science in regard to Shelve School, Shropshire, whether, on the basis of the information sent to him by the school correspondent in his letter of 19th May, 1969, he is satisfied that the legal formalities were observed by the Salop Local Education Authority at its meeting in May, 1968, when it voted in favour of closing the school; and if he will make a statement.
