§ Mr. BoydenThe equipment found was two inert 3.5 inch practice rockets, one thunderflash and one trip flare. The inert rockets were harmless, the thunder-flash and the trip flare were live but in a safe state unless tampered with. The training area is bounded by signs warning the public not to touch anything found as it may explode.
