Silkinasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what contributions Her Majesty's Government intend to make towards the initial installation and towards the continuing operation of the International Institute of Human Rights to be established in Strasbourg through the generosity of M. René Cassin.
§ Mr. Goronwy RobertsHer Majesty's Government have not been invited to make any contribution towards this Institute. But we are watching its development with sympathetic interest.
