§ Miss Jennie LeeThe 4 to 1 ratio of American and United Kingdom contributions to the Fulbright Commission's funds is governed by the terms of the inter-Governmental Agreement of May, 1965, presented to Parliament as Cmnd. 2697. The United Kingdom grant was, therefore, reduced in line with the American reduction notified to the Commission last autumn.
