HC Deb 24 June 1969 vol 785 c257W
Mr. Biggs-Davison

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what are his present plans for the future of the Hill Hall Site, at Theydon Mount, Essex.

Mr. Elystan Morgan

Hill Hall is a building of considerable architectural importance and my right hon. Friend is anxious that it should be preserved and put to an appropriate use by the prison service. He is in consultation with my right hon. Friend the Minister of Public Building and Works about how this may be achieved.
