§ Mr. Elystan MorganHill Hall is a building of considerable architectural importance and my right hon. Friend is anxious that it should be preserved and put to an appropriate use by the prison service. He is in consultation with my right hon. Friend the Minister of Public Building and Works about how this may be achieved.
