§ Mr. MarshI expect to receive the report of the Transport Users' Consultative Committee on this proposal soon after a public hearing to be held on the 16th July. I will then consider their report together with all the other relevant factors before reaching a decision. My hon. Friend will, therefore, appreciate that at this stage it is not possible to indicate when my decision will be announced.
