§ Dr. David OwenI do not anticipate any major change in the normal levels of support given to Gibraltar from the home dockyards in the present situation. The programme of work in Gibraltar Dockyard has been adjusted to meet the effects of the withdrawal of the Spanish labour force, without significant implications for the home yards.
