§ Mr. George ThomasDiscussions are in progress between the Welsh Hospital Board and Cardiff County Borough Council. It has not been agreed that 156 patients are suitable for discharge from hospital to local authority accommodation.
The authorities have been asked to list those who are suitable for discharge from hospital; and those who are at present in the community who should be in hospital; indicating the criteria on which they have based their assessment.
