Friend the Member for Coventry, North (Mr. Maurice Edelman) previously a substitute member of the United Kingdom delegation to the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe has been appointed a member of the delegation in place of my hon. Friend the Member for Halifax (Dr. Shirley Summerskill), who becomes a substitute member.
