§ Mr. CrossmanThe Secretary of the National Campaign for the Young Chronic Sick wrote to me on 9th May criticising the proposed increase in existing charges for dentures and lenses; her letter was acknowledged and I have since explained to her that I do not believe the small increases which have been proposed would be likely to bear heavily on the unfortunate young people in whom she is so rightly interested.
