§ Captain Kerbyasked the President of the Board of Trade what is the nature of his investigation into the participation of his Department in the case of Regina v. Underwood; and if he will name the persons conducting the investigation on his behalf.
§ Mr. DellOfficials have been instructed to submit a report on the action taken in this case within the Board of Trade, on the reasons for the length of time involved and on the circumstances; this is an internal inquiry by officials. I have already undertaken to write to the hon. Member when the inquiry is completed.
