§ The Prime MinisterThere is no such grade as public relations officer in the Civil Service. On numbers of information officers, I would refer to the reply given on my behalf by my right hon. Friend the Minister without Portfolio to a Question by the hon. and gallant244W Member for Lewes (Sir T. Beamish) on 17th March.
