HC Deb 25 July 1969 vol 787 c552W
Mr. Pavitt

asked the Postmaster-General what reply he has sent to the representations of the Union of Post Office Workers opposing the proposed rise in parcel post charges; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Stonehouse

I have received no such representations. I have invited the Board of the new Post Office Corporation to consider the recent Report of the National Board for Prices and Incomes on parcel post and other charges.
