(2) on what date he proposes to publish a leaflet explaining and giving guidance to taxpayers on the requirements of the Finance Act, 1969, in respect of interest allowance and disallowance.

§ Mr. David Howellasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in cases where money is paid from a bank account in instalments to a contractor in respect of work on improving let property, his Department will require a person claiming relief for overdraft interest to furnish a certificate showing the date and amount of each instalment paid, with the highest debit balances in the account, in the six months beginning with the date on which each instalment was paid.
