HC Deb 25 July 1969 vol 787 cc584-5W
Mr. Onslow

asked the President of the Board of Trade what study he has made of aircraft control procedures that would enable aircraft leaving Heathrow to achieve a greater degree of dispersal in the routes they follow.

Mr. William Rodgers

We are studying possible systems of area navigation, which would provide for route dispersal, but the evidence available so far suggests that the present minimum noise route system results in less disturbance for the area as a whole.
