§ Mr. Emlyn Hoosonasked the Secretary of State for Wales what reports he has received on mineral surveys undertaken by Government-sponsored agencies or commercially in the Principality of Wales during the past three years for non-ferrous metals; and how many of these explorations have resulted in exploitation.
§ Mr. George ThomasNo reports on mineral surveys have been submitted to me during the past three years but a number of such reports should be available later this year. So far as I am aware none of the exploration work undertaken recently has yet resulted in a decision to exploit the minerals.
