§ Mr. Roy Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Wales (1) if he is satisfied with the working of the Leasehold Reform Act, 1967, in view of the latest decision of the Lands Tribunal; and if he will make a statement;
(2) if he is aware of the decision of 15th July of the Lands Tribunal relating to the inflationary principle of valuation in the sale of the freehold of properties; and if he will incorporate the purport of this decision in his Department's explanatory leaflets.
