Q13. Mr. Carter-Jones

asked the Prime Minister if, in view of the recent developments in technology, he will consider the appointment of a joint committee of representatives of the disabled, medical experts, technologists, industrialists and trade unionists to consider the best existing and potential equipment to assist the disabled and handicapped of all ages to lead a fuller and more independent life; and if he will make a statement.
