§ 100. Sir M. Galpernasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will now introduce legislation to provide that no one shall keep as a pet or for exhibition a potentially dangerous wild animal, snake or reptile without having to notify and satisfy his local authority as to the security arrangements against escape.
